There are other options besides selling your house bellow market Value ...
One option is lease option....
Specialised investors will Give you the opportunity to do something called a lease option.

Basically this allows you to sell your property at a higher price, than you would now at sometime in the future. you will no longer be responsible for paying the mortgage as this will be taken care of by the investor.

This can sometimes help people who are in negative equity....

Thanks for sharing these tips. I'm out here to find dome good advice on what to do next with my mortgage. The economy is killing us and we have to figure out a way to pay our mortgage or just go for quick house sale as some of you advices.

Firstly, there has to be a legal reason for your home to be repossessed. Secondly, Your home can not be repossessed before a court hearing. Only a judge can decide to repossess your house, not your mortgage lender. What you do now may affect the judges decision....
