Thumbs up Make less compromises to live in Cochin

With its international airports, well-connected road, rail, and waterways, Cochin City has been transported to a high profile in the land market of Kerala. Known as the ‘Queen of Arabian Sea’ Cochin is certainly a pearl of much value in the state of Kerala.

Cochin is a place rich in culture and history. It is also rich in its IT and other professional educated people who have placed it in the economic map of the world. The technological advance and capability of her people are well acknowledged nationally and internationally. In recent years, Cochin City has emerged as the IT capital and silicon valley of Kerala.

With the introduction of many major investments like the smart city project, Vallararpadam Container Transshipment Project and other similar projects in the offing land has become a major commodity in the city. The land value in and around the city risen unchecked and reached unprecedented heights.

The rise in land value and lack of available land has together created a new apartment culture in this commercial city. Many residents from other parts of Kerala have envisioned a deep interest in living in Cochin City. The modern life and availability of all modern amenities have accelerated this trend.

The young foreign educated generation from Kerala is comfortable in a city like Cochin. Cochin Apartment life is akin to life in most modern cities of the world minus the mad rush and other less desirable factors. Most of the elder generation returning after a long stay in the West, are finding they have to make less compromises to live in Cochin.
