Repossessions to Rise?

I thought that the property market was recovering! But I've just read this, which is rather worrying.

Any thoughts on this anybody?

This would normally inevitable situation but it's not permanent to have that slump in the purchase of house . The market still revolves and you can expect in the higher run the value of houses may soar up.
