Need to sell house fast

I am in a mess; missed 5 mortgage payments, had a talk with my lender - now they are going to send me a notice.

Repossession would be the worst thing for me; the only option is to sell my house fast. I had a talk with an agent, it seems they will take long time to get me a buyer. I cannot think a way out - any advice?

I think the truth is all houses will sell at the right price. The problem that I guess you might have is that the amount that you owe on your mortgage is possibly rather large in relation to what the estate agents value your house? Ask them for a realistic valuation and see what figure they come up with. If it's enough to pay off your mortgage, arrears and all the fee's then I guess you feel your doing ok. If the value they come up with is a lot less than what you owe to the mortgage company then I guess you don't feel so happy. Your local council might be a good place to go they don't normally leave people with no roof over their head.

You better try to sell it using sites on the internet that sell housed fast. Just see to it that the site is dependable and can be trusted.

The second option is to switch the type of mortgage from interest-only to repayment
Third is to choose to convert your whole mortgage to a repayment loan.
Your fourth option is to find an alternative savings or investment plan, such as a Cash or Stocks and Shares ISA, that could make up the shortfall.

See if you can sell it to a real estate company or someone who buys houses to resell them. More people like to buy houses when they already have a fence, a mailbox, and other things they will not have to put in themselves..
