The development, which began last year, will create over 900 houses that will be available for rent, purchase or shared ownership; 370 will be reserved for shared ownership, 459 will be established for private sale and the remaining 90 will be for affordable rent. The entire project will be completed by 2022, with various phases, but the first phase will see 160 houses ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms created by 2018.
